Our guides are informational and educational in nature. We do not provide personalised styling consultations, tailoring services, or any form of retail. Payments and Refunds
Prices for our guides are displayed in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed at the time of ordering. We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout.
As our guides are digital products made available for immediate download upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a guide has been accessed or downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded your guide and wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@layerwise.sg within 24 hours of placing your order and we will review your request.
In the event of a technical error or delivery failure attributable to us, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly, including resending your guide or issuing a full refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. Prices displayed at the time of your confirmed order will be honoured.
Prohibited Uses
When using this website and its content, you agree not to:
- Reproduce or distribute our guide content for commercial gain without written authorisation
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from this site
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the website or its associated systems
